Sales Account Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing customer relations and sales with existing corporate customers and creating new customer accounts.
- Maintaining detailed Knowledge of the company’s products /services
- Application of consultative approach with customers on the company’s portfolio of IT solutions and services.
- Estimation, preparation of techno-commercial proposals in co-ordination with the pre-sales resources wherever required.
- Cold calling and qualification of new prospects on daily basis with a target of at least 5 new qualified prospects per week.
- Measured by revenue, margin & service sales targets & solution business
Desired Skills:
- 2-4 years relevant industry experience in Sales
- Proven track record of closing large IT Solutions deals in the Middle East
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Ability to map and interact with all levels (including C-level executives) in Client IT Organizations
- Preparation of costing & quotes
Presales Consultant - Datanetworking & Security
Job Description:
- Assist Sales personnel to customers on their complex technical requirements on Security, Telephony and Data networking both active and passive based technologies especially Cisco, HP, Symantec, Juniper, Stonesoft, Websense, and MessageLabs.
- Liaise with vendors /distributors on products /technologies on technical, commercials and marketing front.
- Update and advise management on the market trends and demands to keep pace with the evolving technologies and customer needs.
- Prepare management reports on the opportunities status and devise mechanisms to bridge the gaps based on competitive products, vendors and competition.
- Interact with Services team for evaluation of new products and technology in order to propose the customer with optimum and ideal design.
- Conduct periodic internal presentations to the Sales and the Services teams on the products and technologies
- Achieve individual targets on product lines through Sales and Services
- Interact with Principals and Vendors on products, technologies, commercials, licensing and other business understandings
- Provide pricing on proposed products and services in the BOM defined in the proposal or the solution
Desired Skills
- Engineering Graduate Preferred with UAE Driving License
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar capacity or industry
- Top technical certifications must on the products must especially Cisco & HP
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good Technical Presentation and Documentation skills
